A REFERENT TO MEXICAN GASTRONOMY
Yolotl (pronounced 'Yo' 'LŌt'), is a native word in the Nahuatl language from Central Mexico, meaning: 'heart.' Hence, the heart of authentic Mexican cuisine is an ideal blend of vibrant, healthy, and unassuming ingredients that result in delightful and savory dishes, each conveying a unique story infused with rich culture, history, and traditions handed down through many generations.
We are committed to promoting environmental and social responsibility and have carefully selected our menu options with this in mind, offering our customers a memorable dining experience, all while respecting the historical techniques, traditions, and ingredients. In doing so, Yolotl aims to preserve the authenticity of the recipe in order to provide historical continuity for future generations. At the same time, it is our duty to keep such traditions alive by demonstrating genuine pride in our history, a profound love of our culture, and bringing our communities together, one meal at a time.
MISSION
Our mission is to be the model restaurant for the dissemination of authentic traditional food and Mexican culture through its most representative dishes, in addition to promoting the consumption of authentic, sustainable and culturally relevant products.
VISION
Our vision is to become considered a benchmark of Mexican Gastronomy in the state of Oregon, promoting culture, publicizing the gastronomic route and artisanal products of Mexico aboard.

I heard Yolotl's Cafe de Olla and traditional desserts are delicious. Looking forward to having them after a great meal to complete my Mexican dining experience!
